Procedure for the Preparation and Construction of Electric Power Plants in the Republic of Croatia
In order for the project to be successful, it is most
important to define all the necessary steps within the
procedure: from the idea, through construction planning
and preparation, construction itself, ending with
the facility’s operation.
Procedures have been elaborated for the preparation
and construction of power generation facilities, primarily
for tariff customers. At a lower level, activities
for the preparation and construction of other generation
facilities have been elaborated (e.g. generation
facilities for eligible customers or eligible power generation
facilities). The procedures involve an analysis of
existing energy legislation and legislation regulating
other relevant areas such as spatial planning, construction
and environmental protection. Procedures
for preparation and construction of a new, 400 MW
combined-cycle gas and steam turbine on the present
location of Sisak TPP were developed under the framework
of the study.
